MUHEMMED SHAHID ZAMAN
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Muhemmed Shahid Zaman is a seasoned and highly experienced agriculturist and the founder of Wahdat Farms. He is a serial entrepreneur and has founded many startups including large scale extensive fish farming near Karachi, clay manufacturing unit for Reckitt & Colman, and orange exports on modern lines.
He is a highly knowledgeable and experienced agriculturist and has been running his mango farms in Tando Adam Sindh, orange orchids and other concerns in Sargodha. It is his vast experience, agriculture expertise and most importantly his love and passion for Wahdat Farms and the people who work there that is the driving force behind our endeavours.
AIR MARSHAL (R) AURANGZEB KHAN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Air Marshal (R) Aurangzeb Khan has spent 35 years as a fighter pilot in PAF. He has flown thousands of flying hours on numerous fighter jets, commanded various sqadrons and airbases as well as headed Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra where he was responsible for setting up the production facilities of the new JF-17 fighter aircraft project.
After retirement he immediately got into his lifelong passion of agriculture and entrepreneurship. He has worked closely with Nestle as well as German Agri equipment supplier Big Dutchman. He co-founded Wahdat Farms and has pioneered modern automated integrated farming in Pakistan.
M. MUNEEB KHAN
GENERAL MANAGER MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Muneeb is a marketer, brand manager, communications specialist and a ardent promoter of Wahdat Farms. He has a diverse experience working for multinationals like American Express, British American Tobacco and Phillip Morris. He has been educated from Cardiff University (MBA), London School of Economics and Northwestern University (Chicago) and teaches marketing and branding at leading universities.
A believer in the power of 'authenticity' he recognises Pakistani consumer's desire for pure, healthy food sourced directly from the farm. He passionately believes in the potentiel of Wahdat Farms as a catylist for change in the food industry in Pakistan.
(Muneeb is currently off to pursue other endeavours but still works as a consultant for Wahdat Farms in its marketing, branding and business strategy.)
